Article 1- Object
The present conditions govern sales by the company La Ligne Noire Edition, 29 rue de Moscou 75008 Paris of art product / clothing..
Article 2 – Prize
Prizes of our products are shown in euros with all taxes included (VAT and other taxes), unless otherwise indicated. Shipping fees are not included.
In case of an order to any foreign country, you are the importer of the product (s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes are likely to be due. These rights and sums are not within the purview of La Ligne Noire. They will be your charge and responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to learn about these aspects from your local authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
The Black Line reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of La Ligne Noire until full payment of the price.
Warning: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage of the products are transferred to you
Article 3 – Orders

The contractual information is presented in the French language and will be the subject of a confirmation at the latest when the validation of your order.
La Ligne Noire reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and in particular in case of supply problem, or in case of difficulty with the order received.
Article 4 – Order validation
Any order appearing on the site https://www.ln-editions.com supposes the adherence to the present General Conditions. Any confirmation of order implies your full and complete adhesion to the present general conditions of sale, without exception or reserve.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of it.
The confirmation of order will be worth signing and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of the information of your order and of the present General Conditions, will be communicated to you in PDF format via the e-mail address of confirmation of your order.
Article 5 – Payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
The payment of your purchases is made by bank card thanks to the secure system PAYPAL.
The debit of the card is only carried out at the time of shipment of the order. In the case of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.
Article 6 – Retraction
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay any penalty.
Returns are to be made in their original state and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is committed. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
The costs of return are at your expense.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, La Ligne Noire will proceed to the refund of the sums paid, within 14 days of the notification of your request and via the same means of payment used during the order.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF RETRACTION
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period, the execution of which began after the consumer has expressly agreed and expressly waives his right of withdrawal.
- Supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
- The supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles
- Providing audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
- The supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose execution has begun after express prior agreement of the consumer and expressly renounces his right of withdrawal.
Article 7 – Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site https://www.ln-editions.com and within the limit of available stocks. For non-stocked products, our offers are subject to availability at our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be charged.
In addition, the website https://www.ln-editions.com does not intend to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore La Ligne Noire reserves the right to refuse orders for 50 identical items
Article 8 – Delivery
LA LIGNE NOIRE is now bound with La Poste. Therefore, all the parcels are sent though their services.
The total amount of the shipping fees is calculated according to the weight and destination. They take account of the weight of your items as well as your geographical location. The shipping fee will be automatically given to you as soon as you validate your shopping basket.
Our parcels are sent through La Poste Colissimo in France.
All the european and international shipments are sent through Colissimo International.
A tracking number will be sent you so as to track the parcel online.
From the reception of the confirmation email, the shipping times are :
From 2 to 7 days in France
From 4 to 10 days in Europe and the rest of the world.
These are the average delivery dates given by La Poste and correspond to the processing, preparation and dispatching of your order (leaving the warehouse).
The items are delivered to the shipping adress indicated in the order.
If absent, the parcel will be left in the correspondent postal office for 15 days. If you don’t collect your parcel beyond this days, it will be sent back to LA LIGNE NOIRE. If you want us to send the parcel again, the fees of this new shipment must be borne by the customer.
LA LIGNE NOIRE commits to process your order within 30 days after the confirmation of your purchase.
In case of lateness, if the parcel hasn’t already left our depot, you will be able to cancel the order.
You just need to contact our customer service :
If you recieve the parcel, deny it and contact our customer service to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Once we receive your item, we will refund you within 15 days (read ARTICLE 5-RETURNS into the General Conditions Policy).
All returns are a responsability of the customer. In case of delay, damage or loss, you must contact and appeal to the carrier.
LA LIGNE NOIRE won’t be responsible of any circumstances beyond their control according the shipping delivery times or the condition of the parcel while delivered
Article 9 – Guarantee
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects, provided in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email (contact@ln-editions.com) within 30 days of delivery.
The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions …). The shipping costs will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced price and the return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of the justifications.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 11 – Applicable law in case of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts will be the only ones competent.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the site https://www.ln-editions.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of La Ligne Noire. No person is allowed to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of La Ligne Noire.
Article 13 – Personal data
La Ligne Noire reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data concerning you. They are necessary to manage your order, as well as to improve the services and information that we send you.

Article 14 – Archiving Evidence

La Ligne Noire’s computerized records will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
