Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons.

To exercise this right, please contact us via our Contact page. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products.

Returns and Exchanges

Any return must be reported via our Contact page within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with their original tags and packaging.
