2. Products
Ligne Noire Editions offers original editions, clothing, accessories and artworks created in collaboration with tattoo artists. Each product is carefully described on its product page. Photographs are not contractually binding but are representative of the products.
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, you will be notified by email and fully refunded within 14 days.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.
Ligne Noire Editions reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed. A confirmation email summarising your order details will be sent to you. By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
Ligne Noire Editions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of stock issues, payment problems or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payments are secure and accepted via: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (buy now, pay later) and PayPal.
Transactions are processed via Stripe and PayPal. No banking data is stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped via Colissimo with signature required. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times from dispatch: Metropolitan France 2–5 business days — Europe 4–8 business days — Rest of world 7–14 business days.
These timelines are estimates and may vary. If you are absent at delivery, the parcel will be held at your local post office for 15 days.
Free shipping is offered on orders over €60 for delivery within Metropolitan France.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@ln-editions.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
8. Returns & exchanges
All returns must be reported to contact@ln-editions.com within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, return shipping costs will be covered by Ligne Noire Editions.
9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable French and EU consumer law.
10. Intellectual property
All content on ln-editions.com (texts, images, artworks, logos, visuals) is the exclusive property of SAS Ligne Noire Editions and/or its partner artists. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

The processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the site footer.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
